At Muscle Mat Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new mat or recovery accessory isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original Muscle Mat packaging.

  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
